Luis E. Santos

Luis holds the position of owner and principal consultant at L. E. Santos Consulting LLC. He has achieved the status of being a Certified Zoning Officer accredited by the Pennsylvania Association of Zoning Officials, as well as a Certified Property Maintenance and Housing Inspector accredited by the International Code Council. Luis successfully completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography with a specialization in Environmental Science from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in May 2022. Additionally, he pursued minors in Political Science and Public Administration during his academic tenure.
